Citrix Online selects PleaseReview to deliver document review efficiency

Citrix adopts PleaseReview for Engineering documentation review

Chepstow, UK July 3rd, 2007 PleaseTech Ltd (www.pleasetech.com), a software company specializing in collaborative document and content review, has announced that Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), has selected PleaseReview for Engineering document review.

PleaseReview provides a secure, collaborative, browser-based environment to manage the document review and authoring process.  It enables simultaneous authoring and review of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, PDFs and images. Users virtually discuss and collaborate on documents with each other, paragraph by paragraph, taking advantage of simple ‘point and click’ review tools. Reviews may be synchronous or asynchronous. The document author or manager has full control of the review and can monitor the users’ progress.  All changes and comments are automatically saved in an audit trail.

Citrix Online is rolling out PleaseReview for the engineering documents at the heart of the product development process. Documents such as Software Requirement Specifications, Product Requirement Documents and other associated product documents will be collaboratively reviewed using PleaseReview.

“We’re always seeking new tools to make our development process more efficient,” said Mike Suding, Director of IT for Citrix Online. “We use Wikis and, of course, our own collaboration technologies. The addition of PleaseReview is a good fit, enabling us to have a truly collaborative, formal document review process with comprehensive reporting.”

“Citrix Online is a true leader in collaboration technology,” said David Cornwell, PleaseTech's CEO. "The fact that they are using PleaseReview in their core development process and gaining efficiencies is an accolade. We are delighted to have Citrix Online as a client."
