PleaseTech reveals record year and looks forward
to 2008
- Greater than 400% year-on-year revenue
growth propelled by new corporate clients -
Chepstow, UK – January 2nd, 2008 - PleaseTech Ltd, a software
company specializing in collaborative document and content review,
has announced a record year for revenue growth in 2007.
PleaseTech Ltd, a UK registered privately held company, saw its
year-on-year revenue jump by over 400%. This represented over 20
new corporate clients from the Life Sciences, Legal, Defense, IT
and Financial Services industries. PleaseTech also revealed
that a substantial number of its existing clients purchased additional
licenses to roll out PleaseReview.
In addition to direct sales, PleaseTech establish several quality
partnerships to advance its market reach through resellers and enterprise
integration. Strategic agreements were established with leading
document management system vendors MasterControl, Inc and Open Text
Corporation, Inc. as well as leading system integrators US Data
Management, Wynden Systems and Focused Consulting. PleaseTech also
entered into an OEM agreement with Peerview, Inc.
David Cornwell, PleaseTech’s CEO, said, “In 2008 we are aiming
for ‘more of the same’. We intend to continue the growth curve and
make PleaseReview the de facto way to review documents.”
He also revealed some product plans, “From a product perspective,
we expect to release PleaseReview v3.5 in the February timescale,
and then PleaseReview v4.0 towards the end of the year. This will
ensure that PleaseReview continues to make the corporate document
review process more efficient by saving considerable time for all
involved and by reducing the number of review cycles required.”
David
continued, "We will also finalize and release our revolutionary
PleaseApprove email collaboration product. This will bring true
collaboration to the review and approval of email messages.”
PleaseTech also announced that it was were withdrawing the
PleaseReview subscription service. David Cornwell explained,
“Unfortunately the PleaseReview Subscription Service is just not
paying its bills. So, while the subscription service will be maintained
for existing clients, we will not accept subscription renewals or
new subscriptions.” David continued, “This will allow us to concentrate
on our corporate offerings which include a hosted, SaaS offering.”
