PleaseTech opens new UK office
- PleaseTech’s controlled growth continues
with office expansion -
Chepstow, UK February 25th, 2008: PleaseTech Ltd (www.pleasetech.com),
a software company specializing in collaborative document and content
review, has announced that it has opened a new office in the Wiltshire
market town of Malmesbury.
Malmesbury, located about 6 miles north of junction 17 on the
M4 motorway, is generally recognized as the oldest borough in England
with its royal borough status having been gained around 880AD from
Alfred the Great. Recent archaeological excavations have revealed
stone town wall defenses, dated to between 800 and 500BC, making
Malmesbury arguably the oldest continually inhabited town in England.
The town is famous for its Abbey which hosted man’s first attempt
to fly! It was from an Abbey tower that Elmer, the flying monk,
leaped in c.1010AD. He had wings attached to arms and legs and,
its thought, glided about 200m before breaking both his legs upon
landing.
“It seems Malmesbury has been linked with innovative thinking
since the earliest days” said David Cornwell, PleaseTech’s CEO “we
fit right in with this tradition and intend to continue to set the
pace in collaborative document review innovation”.
The new office’s address is:
Cross Hayes
Malmesbury
