PleaseReview Corporate version is designed for installation within an organization but is also offered as a hosted solution. It is available with either traditional 'standard' licensing model on a per user basis or on a software rental model.
standard corporate installation
This is the traditional 'standard' licensing model. Your organization purchases a set number of user licenses and runs the software on your internal equipment (reviews can be within or across the firewall).
PleaseTech offers an optional complete installation, training and support package to maximise your benefit. Additional user licenses can be purchased as the user community grows.
Pricing starts at around only US$200 per user (dropping with quantity) so PleaseReview is affordable for organizations of all sizes. Please contact us for further pricing guidance.
This licensing has the traditional benefits of a known set cost per user and no cap on usage to provide a rapid return on investment.
hosted asp solutions
The hosted service offers you a shared or dedicated hosted server which is managed by PleaseTech. You simply pay an annual hosting fee and use the solution which is based on a server hosted by a specialist hosting company. We take care of back-up and routine server maintenance. You maintain your users, etc. PleaseTech still provides full application support, training etc.
This option works well for organisations with high document review demands but whom do not have the internal infrastructure or support to manage PleaseReview internally. We will be pleased to provide costs and discuss the options in detail - please contact us.
software rental model
PleaseTech offers the option of software rental. You simply pay a quarterly fee with no up front capital expenditure. PleaseTech still offers full support, etc.
