PleaseReview is available integrated with Qumas DocCompliance and is a key component in the QUMAS R&D Suite™ for the Life Sciences market.
PleaseReview provides a comprehensive review environment for Word, PowerPoint, PDF and images in conjunction with DocCompliance. This removes the need to constantly render documents to PDF for review and provides a superior review environment.
The PleaseReview DocCompliance solution is an 'off the shelf' configurable integration which may be set-up to meet your specific requirements.
Configured in 'mixed mode' which allows both DocCompliance and native PleaseReview users, PleaseReview provides the ideal means of collaborative document review with (i) non-DocCompliance users in the organisation and (ii) external partner organisations without providing them access to the DocCompliance repository.
Alternatively, PleaseReview may be configured to be 'locked' to DocCompliance. In this mode, PleaseReview is locked to your DocCompliance environment ensuring that only DocCompliance Users are able to use PleaseReview and that there is full authentication against DocCompliance access controls.
In either case, PleaseReview has been designed to minimise the system maintenance overhead with DocCompliance users being maintained in DocCompliance and mapping between DocCompliance groups and PleaseReview workgroups. There are various configuration options at a document type and workgroup level.
