PleaseReview is available integrated with Microsoft SharePoint.
PleaseReview provides a comprehensive collaborative review environment for Word, PowerPoint, PDF and images in conjunction with SharePoint. PleaseReview provides a simple to use document review environment with no document locking and which has all the advantages of tracked changes without the disadvantages.
The PleaseReview SharePoint solution is an 'off the shelf' configurable integration which may be set-up to meet your specific requirements. It is implemented as a 'Web Part'.
Configured in 'mixed mode' which allows both SharePoint and native PleaseReview users, PleaseReview provides the ideal means of collaborative document review with (i) non-SharePoint users in the organisation and (ii) external partner organisations without providing them access to SharePoint.
Alternatively, PleaseReview may be configured to be 'locked' to SharePoint. In this mode, PleaseReview is locked to your SharePoint environment ensuring that only SharePoint Users are able to use PleaseReview and that there is full authentication against SharePoint access controls.
In either case, PleaseReview has been designed to minimise the system maintenance overhead with SharePoint users being maintained via SharePoint (or SharePoint via Active Directory, etc) and mapping between SharePoint groups and PleaseReview workgroups. There are various configuration options at a 'Content type' and workgroup level.
