At any time all participant's status in the review is available: who hasn't looked at the document; how many comments each reviewer has made; who has completed their review. Using PleaseReview's proposed changes and discussion threads, revised clauses can be drafted and agreed, all on the portal, without everyone having to be at the same point in the space-time continuum. You can even update PleaseReview with the results of a review meeting or conference call, or better still have the document live during the process and update it interactively. With presentations and images PleaseReview provides a consolidated HTML report which you can use as the basis for your revisions. For PDFs you get a document with all comment incorporated.
